Simulation code and outputs for A Replicator-Mutator Model of Persistence-Oriented Trait Selection in Autonomous Artificial Agents
收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo record contains the simulation code, generated outputs, figures, summary CSV files, manifest and checksums supporting the manuscript “A Replicator-Mutator Model of Persistence-Oriented Trait Selection in Autonomous Artificial Agents”. The study develops and evaluates a stylised formal population-selection model for analysing persistence-oriented traits in autonomous artificial-agent populations. The model is not intended to directly simulate present-day deployed AI systems. It tests a conditional claim within a formal framework: persistence-oriented traits are favoured when their expected continuation fitness exceeds that of passive alternatives. The record includes a Google Colab/Jupyter notebook, a Python script version of the simulation, three supplementary figures, a compressed archive of generated outputs, a README file, software requirements, licensing information and citation metadata. The generated output archive includes figures, raw and summary CSV files, threshold sweeps, scenario-level summaries, model metadata, a manifest and SHA-256 checksums.
