该数据包含了茂名市2018年以来的科学技术局科技成果登记信息，凡执行各类科技计划产生并通过验收、鉴定、评估等成果评价的科技成果必须登记，计划外非财政投入产生的已通过成果评价的科技成果自愿登记，主要包括登记证号、科技成果名称、主要完成单位和主要完成人等信息。

This dataset contains the registration information of scientific and technological achievements from the Science and Technology Bureau of Maoming City since 2018. Scientific and technological achievements generated under various science and technology plans and passed achievement evaluations such as acceptance checks, technical appraisals and assessments must be registered. For scientific and technological achievements generated through non-fiscal investment outside official plans and having passed achievement evaluations, registration is voluntary. The information mainly includes registration certificate number, name of the scientific and technological achievement, major completing institutions, principal completers, and other related details.
