We found changes in the transcriptome due to disruption Rev3l, the catalytic subunit of DNA polymerase zeta. In particular, we found upregulation of interferon-stimulated genes in Rev3l disrupted MEFs. Overall design: Comparison of the transcriptome of DNA polymerase zeta deficient (knockout (KO) of Rev3l) and proficient (Rev3l heterozygous (HET)) mouse embryonic fibroblasts. And we also compared Rev3l KO mouse embryonic fibroblasts expressing a REV3L construct, TR4-2. Three clones were used for each cell type.
