COURSE 1 (Accounting) Term: 10–12 weeks (can run as a full 14-week semester) Format: Lecture + Lab + Case Studio Office Hours: “By appointment. Come prepared. Bring artifacts.” Prerequisites: None required. Recommended: basic arithmetic, comfort with spreadsheets. Course Description This course trains students to reconstruct truth from administrative accounting artifacts—resident ledgers, repayment agreements, notices, rent recalculations, credits, reversals, and “system corrections.” You will learn to detect ledger corruption patterns, calculate credit exposure, reconcile month-by-month balances, and produce audit-ready reconciliation packages that hold up under hostile review. COURSE 2 (Sociology) SOC 260 — Administrative Harm, Bureaucracy, and Institutional Power Term: 10–12 weeks (or 14-week semester) Format: Seminar + Discussion + Field Artifact Lab Office Hours: “You are welcome here. Bring your questions—and your evidence.” Course Description This course examines how institutions produce harm without overt malice through bureaucracy, enforcement pipelines, legitimacy narratives, and fragmentation of responsibility. We study administrative systems as social structures: how they shape behavior, silence, compliance, and survival. We will treat documents—emails, notices, policies, ledgers—as social artifacts that reveal power. Students will learn to name mechanisms, map harm flows, and design accountability-oriented countermeasures.
