2017年中国北极黄河站科学考察期间,开展了海水,沉积物及藻类样品中分离有机质降解细菌物种多样性调查的有关样品采集。 在站期间,小艇出海3次,采集了王湾5个常规站点(K1-K5)的表层海水样品及海底沉积物样品;在黄河站周边地域采集了沿岸大型藻类(绿藻和褐藻)样品;在王湾海洋实验室对海水样品进行了预处理,滤膜带回国内进行产酶微生物的分离鉴定。

During the 2017 scientific expedition at China's Arctic Yellow River Station, sample collection was conducted for a survey on the species diversity of organic matter-degrading bacteria isolated from seawater, sediment and algal samples. During the stay at the station, three small-boat offshore trips were carried out to collect surface seawater samples and seafloor sediment samples from five routine sites (K1-K5) in Wang Bay; coastal macroalgal (green algae and brown algae) samples were collected in the areas surrounding the Yellow River Station. Seawater samples were pretreated at the Wang Bay Marine Laboratory, and the filter membranes were transported back to China for the isolation and identification of enzyme-producing microorganisms.
