Electroporation followed by electrolysis followed by electroporation.
收藏资源简介:
The parameters were: Electroporation—1000 V, 100 microseconds, 1 Hz, 8 pulses followed by electrolysis—10 minutes, 75 mA, followed by electroporation—1000 V, 100 microseconds, 1 Hz, 8 pulses. Used were two Ti electrodes separated by nominal 1.5 cm and exposed length of 1 cm. In this experiment, the top electrode was the anode, while the cathode was placed at the bottom. (A) Macroscopic image. (B) H&E staining. (C) trichromatic stain. (D) Magnified Mason trichromatic stained tissue, focusing on the region between the electrodes. The insert shows a highlighted rectangle representing the region from where the magnification was taken. (E) Electroporation (1000 V, 100 microseconds, 1 Hz, 8 pulses), followed by electrolysis (10 minutes, 100 mA). (F) Electrolysis (10 minutes, 100 mA) followed by electroporation (1000 V, 100 microseconds, 1 Hz, 8 pulses)
