FRM Target Areas

Flood Risk Management Target Areas (FRM TA's) are a geographical dataset that identifies areas which are the focus of targeted flood risk management objectives and actions, as identified in Scotland’s National Flood Risk Management Plans 2021. FRM TA's are located within Potentially Vulnerable Areas (PVA's) which are a broader unit of management, though in some case the FRM TA can comprise an entire PVA. The actions and objectives of each FRM TA are identified in the Flood Risk Management (FRM) Plans.These 444 areas are reviewed and updated throughout the FRM cycle, our latest amendments were made on 22 December 2021.洪水风险管理目标区域（Flood Risk Management Target Areas，缩写FRM TA）是一类地理数据集，用于标识苏格兰《2021年国家洪水风险管理计划》中明确的、需开展针对性洪水风险管理目标与行动的重点区域。此类目标区域隶属于范围更广的管理单元——潜在脆弱区域（Potentially Vulnerable Areas，缩写PVA），但部分场景下单个FRM TA可完整覆盖一个PVA。各FRM TA的工作目标与实施行动均在对应洪水风险管理（Flood Risk Management，缩写FRM）计划中予以明确。本数据集涵盖的444个此类区域会随洪水风险管理周期开展审核与更新工作，最新修订工作于2021年12月22日完成。
