随着环保政策趋严,河砂的开采受到限制,而海砂清洗不当的话,存在氯离子超标的风险,故而在重点工程如地铁等百年工程中严禁使用水洗海砂。诸多原因导致行业内常出现砂荒现象,威胁到建设工程的正常开展。故而机制砂成为补充砂源缺口的唯一选择,其用量逐年攀升。但是由于多数机制砂生产企业的投资规模小,管理相对混乱,该类生产企业未建立机制砂的质量管控体系,缺少对机制砂性能的检测反馈,完全凭借经验对机制砂生产线的工艺进行调整,极易导致机制砂质量的波动,对混凝土性能的保障不利。故而有必要针对机制砂质量的检测项目进行梳理,并对设置该检测项目的目的进行分析。为了防止建筑事故的发生,对慈溪市各建筑单位开展建设用机制砂随机抽样检测,得出样品中建设用机制砂细度模数。细度模数是衡量细骨料质量的一个重要指标,直接影响到混凝土的和易性、强度、抗渗性及经济指标。检测数据对比国标《GB/T 14684-2022建设用砂》中标定的数据要求,可得出该样品是否符合标准数值。该项数据关乎建筑工程质量安全,有着不可忽视的重要性。1.算法规则:对我市相关建筑单位建设用机制砂抽检产品的检测值按照如下公式进行计算:Mx=(A2+A3+A4+A5+A6-5A1)/(100-A1);式中:Mx为细度模数,A1、A2、A3、A4、A5、A6分别为4.75mm、2.36mm、1.18mm、600um、300um、150um筛的累计筛率;砂的粗细程度用细度模数Mx表示,分为粗、中、细三种规格:细度模数:3.7~3.1为粗砂,3.0~2.3为中砂,2.2~1.6为细砂。粗、中、细砂均可作为普通混凝土用砂,其中以中砂为佳。2.数据应用:通过抽检数据分析研判,我们可以判断建设用机制砂细度模数是否符合《GB/T 14684-2022建设用砂》中标定的数据要求,可得出砂的质量,从而达到控制工程质量的最终目的,为监管提供依据。

Against the backdrop of stricter environmental regulations, river sand mining has been restricted. Improperly washed sea sand carries the risk of excessive chloride ions, so its use is strictly prohibited in key projects such as subways and century-long engineering works. Various factors have led to frequent sand shortages in the industry, threatening the normal progress of construction projects. As a result, manufactured sand has become the only option to fill the gap in sand supply, and its usage has been increasing year by year. However, most manufactured sand production enterprises have small investment scales and relatively chaotic management; they have not established a quality control system for manufactured sand, lack testing feedback on the performance of manufactured sand, and adjust the process of manufactured sand production lines entirely based on experience, which easily leads to fluctuations in manufactured sand quality and is detrimental to ensuring the performance of concrete. Therefore, it is necessary to sort out the testing items for manufactured sand quality and analyze the purposes of setting these testing items. To prevent construction accidents, random sampling tests were conducted on manufactured sand for construction from relevant construction units in Cixi City, and the fineness modulus of the manufactured sand samples was obtained. Fineness modulus is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of fine aggregates, which directly affects the workability, strength, impermeability, and economic indicators of concrete. By comparing the test data with the specified requirements in the national standard GB/T 14684-2022 Sand for Construction, it can be determined whether the sample meets the standard values. This data is closely related to the quality and safety of construction projects and has non-negligible importance. 1. Algorithm Rules The test values of the sampled manufactured sand for construction from relevant local construction units are calculated using the following formula: Mx=(A2+A3+A4+A5+A6-5A1)/(100-A1) In the formula: Mx is the fineness modulus; A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6 are the cumulative screening rates of 4.75mm, 2.36mm, 1.18mm, 600μm, 300μm, and 150μm sieves respectively. The degree of fineness of sand is represented by the fineness modulus Mx, which is divided into three specifications: coarse, medium, and fine sand: - Coarse sand: fineness modulus 3.7~3.1 - Medium sand: fineness modulus 3.0~2.3 - Fine sand: fineness modulus 2.2~1.6 All coarse, medium, and fine sands can be used as sand for common concrete, among which medium sand is the most preferred. 2. Data Application Through the analysis and evaluation of sampling inspection data, we can judge whether the fineness modulus of manufactured sand for construction meets the specified requirements in GB/T 14684-2022 Sand for Construction, determine the quality of the sand, thereby achieving the ultimate goal of controlling project quality, and provide a basis for supervision.
