NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Radiology

Radiology test requests for patients registered to NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde health board, including X-rays and CT scans. Requests are to all radiology services across the Health Board, and transformed to a single source database in Glasgow (knows as 'SCI Store'). Accession numbers can be used to identify source imaging on PACS.
