Human intestinal Bacterial Collection (HiBC): Genome sequences

The Human intestinal Bacterial Collection (HiBC) is a collection of bacterial strains, isolated from the human gut for which 16S rRNA gene sequences, genome sequences and culture conditions are made available to the research community. In addition to previously described bacteria, we include strains that represent novel species which have been taxonomically described and validly named, or will be in the future. This collection will be updated regularly. This dataset includes the genome sequences of the isolates in the FASTA nucleotide format. Plasmids sequences when present are located at the very end of the file.人类肠道细菌菌株库（Human intestinal Bacterial Collection, HiBC）是从人类肠道中分离得到的细菌菌株集合，其16S rRNA基因序列、基因组序列及培养条件均对学术共同体开放共享。除已报道的细菌菌株外，本库还收录了已完成分类学描述并正式有效命名，或即将完成上述流程的新物种菌株。该菌株库将定期更新维护。 本数据集包含以FASTA核苷酸格式存储的分离株基因组序列。若文件中存在质粒序列，则会置于文件的末尾位置。
