熔模铸造-清理-线切割

本课题以砂型铸造和特种铸造中典型工艺为研究对象，研究工艺参数与资源消耗、环境负荷的影响规律，建立铸造工艺资源环境负荷特征指标体系，确定铸造工艺资源环境负荷采集指标，基于集成了能够采集油雾、粉尘、气态污染物和噪声的传感器，采集了3条熔模铸造线切割清理工艺场景数据。

This study takes typical processes in sand casting and special casting as the research object, investigates the influence laws between process parameters, resource consumption and environmental load, establishes the characteristic index system for resource and environmental load of casting processes, and determines the collection indicators for resource and environmental load of casting processes. Using sensors integrated with the functions of collecting oil mist, dust, gaseous pollutants and noise, this study collected scenario data from 3 investment casting wire cutting cleaning process lines.
