本数据集涵盖各分析方法所得差异共表达模块（differential correlation modules）的相关数据。基于同一套经筛选的雌激素受体阳性（ER+, estrogen receptor-positive）与三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC, triple-negative breast cancer）RNA表达数据集（RNA expression dataset），本研究采用DGCA/MEGENA、DICER及DiffCoEx三种工具，鉴定出其中成员数介于25至1000的差异共表达模块内的基因。本数据集以TSV（Tab-Separated Values）格式存储，文件大小约360 KB。
