Phylogenetic analysis of Chinese Enidae: inference from genome-wide analyses and morphological studies on three selected genera

Shell images and sequence data of RAD-seq, COI, and ITS genes for 3 genera of Enidae. This dataset contains genome-wide SNPs data sequenced by ddRAD-seq, the gene fragments of COI and ITS, and shell images for the three genera of Enidae land snails—<i>Subzebrinus</i>, <i>Pupinidius</i>, and <i>Petraeomastus</i>. The genome-wide data had been preprocessed by pyRAD. The shell images had been preprocessed with black background color. In addition, a self-defined python script for shell image clustering deposited in folder ./src/clustering_shell_images.py.

本数据集涵盖艾纳螺科（Enidae）3个陆生蜗牛属的螺壳图像及RAD-seq、COI与ITS基因序列数据。具体包含通过ddRAD-seq测序获得的全基因组单核苷酸多态性（SNPs）数据、COI与ITS基因片段序列，以及对应3个属——原小卷螺属（Subzebrinus）、Pupinidius属（Pupinidius）、Petraeomastus属（Petraeomastus）——的螺壳图像。其中全基因组数据已通过pyRAD软件完成预处理，所有螺壳图像均已预处理为黑色背景。此外，本数据集附带一段用于螺壳图像聚类的自定义Python脚本，存储于./src/clustering_shell_images.py路径下。
