The informational perimeters of the local planning plan (LDP) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. They represent the geographical information added either for regulatory reasons or for information purposes: — the information required to be annexed to the planning documents in accordance with Articles R123-13 and R123-14 of the Urban Planning Code; — information reported on graphical documents for information purposes. In this dataset you will find information on TYPE 04 (Urban Preemption Right Perimeters) and 05 (Deferred Development Areas) if they appear on the PLU graphic documents.本数据集所涉地方规划方案（Local Planning Plan, LDP）的信息边界，已依据国家地理信息委员会（Centre National de l'Information Géographique, CNIG）的国家级规范完成数字化处理。此类边界承载的地理信息，均为出于合规管控或信息公示目的而增补的专项地理数据： —— 依据《城市规划法典》第R123-13条与第R123-14条规定，需附随于规划文件的相关信息； —— 为信息公示需求，标注于图形文档中的相关信息。 本数据集将收录04类（城市优先购买权边界，Urban Preemption Right Perimeters）与05类（延迟开发区，Deferred Development Areas）的相关信息，前提是此类信息已标注于地方城市规划方案（Plan Local d'Urbanisme, PLU）的图形文档中。
