Full Results archived supporting '<i>OccuGAMs: Evaluating the performance of GAMs and polynomial approaches to nonlinear occupancy modelling when detection is imperfect</i>'.This ZIP file contains results folders extracted from the HPC environment in which the analyses were conducted. 'Wildlife Case Studies Results' contains the case study results for occupancy and n-mixture modelling. Within the abundance and occupancy sub-folders, there are the folders 'ABU_RDS' and 'OCCU_RDS' containing extracted model parameters, 'ABUGAM and OCCUGAM' containing SLURM status messages, 'ERRORS' containing error logs from the HPC, 'LogLiks' containing extracted log-likelihoods from the models and 'PLOTTING_RDS' which contains model draws and predictions. We note that full models were not extracted from the HPC due to the large file size (&gt;2GB per model).'Simulation Results' contains all results from the simulation portion of the study. 'ERRORS' contains error logs from the HPC, 'model_accuracy' contains extracted model parameters and evaluation, and 'OUT' contains slurm status messages.
