Standard service catalogue for hydraulic engineering (STLK-W), Additional technical contract conditions hydraulic engineering (ZTV-W)

The STLK-W and the ZTV-W are prepared by the working group standard service descriptions in hydraulic engineering. The Standard Performance Catalogue (STLK) for hydraulic engineering, published by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI), harmonises the performance texts used to describe construction services in hydraulic engineering. It builds on the General Terms and Conditions for Construction Services (VOB) as well as on the Federal Unified Technical Regulations introduced for civil engineering, in particular on the Additional Technical Contract Conditions (ZTV). In accordance with § 8a (EU) No (3) VOB/A, ZTV supplements the General Technical Contractual Conditions for Construction Services (VOB Part C).STLK-W与ZTV-W均依据水利工程领域工作组标准服务规范编制完成。由德国联邦交通和数字基础设施部（Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure, BMVI）发布的《水利工程标准性能目录（Standard Performance Catalogue, STLK）》，统一了水利工程建设服务的性能描述文本。该目录的编制依托于《建筑服务通用合同条款（General Terms and Conditions for Construction Services, VOB）》以及面向土木工程出台的联邦统一技术规程，尤其参考了《附加技术合同条款（Additional Technical Contract Conditions, ZTV）》。 依据《建筑服务通用合同条款A部分》（VOB/A）第8a条（欧盟第(3)号）规定，ZTV是对《建筑服务通用合同条款C部分》（VOB Part C）中通用技术合同条款的补充。
