光谱分辨测试系统测试数据集

本研究基于氦微波等离子体光源以及全国产光学元件，研制了光谱分辨测试系统。系统采用C-T型结构，。本数据集主要是光谱分辨测试系统在不同波长处的输出测试，包括一级光谱色分辨率、高次谐波等。数据集通过X射线CCD进行数据采集，使用Matlab等进行数据处理。

This study developed a spectral resolution testing system based on a helium microwave plasma light source and fully domestically produced optical components. The system adopts a C-T configuration. This dataset primarily includes output performance tests of the spectral resolution testing system at various wavelengths, covering first-order spectral color resolution, high-order harmonics, and other related contents. Data collection for the dataset is conducted via an X-ray CCD, and data processing is performed using software such as Matlab.
