Replication Data for Screening Herbal Supplements for Consistency and Contamination

Raw data and summary analysis of antioxidant, phenolic, and flavonoid assays conducted on 58 bottles of herbal supplements. Also included is the analysis of levels of metals found in the bottles (zinc, lead, nickel, copper and chromium) and pictures of fungal and other microbial isolates from the bottles.
