VPRS 19310 Deadly and Proud Campaign Website

This series comprises the website for the Deadly and Proud Campaign created by the Department of Premier and Cabinet (VA 1039). The campaign was a collaboration with the First Peoples’ Assembly of Victoria. The Deadly and Proud Public Communications campaign was launched in 2021 with the aim of further building collective understanding among all Victorians of the importance of the process of Treaty between Victoria’s First Peoples and the Government of Victoria.  The website features an interactive map that shares the stories of 21 Aboriginal Victorians, all of which were filmed on Country. The website also features a timeline of the path to treaty up to the establishment of the Yoo-rrook Justice Commission in May 2021.
