This data set contains 1365 measurements of rapeseed plants under different conditions of nutritional stress.<br>The plants were grown under controlled conditions in greenhouses, with plants transplanted into hydroponic solutions containing all needed nutrients, which later was replaced by ones containing all nutrients (FULL, FULLP), containing only half the necessary amount of sulphur, phosphorus or nitrogen (Sint, Pint, Nint) or none at all (S0, P0, N0).<br>Measurements have been taken from leaves sprouting before transplantation and being cut just after transplantation (F1), those sprouting before transplantation but growing after transplantation (F3), and those sprouting after transplantation (F5).<br>The number of days after transplantation when the measurements were taken is indicated by the attribute DaS.
