金門縣身心障礙者家庭支持服務

提供實際居住於本縣領有身心障礙證明且未安置於社會福利機構、精神醫療復健機構者及其家庭內最主要照顧者之配偶、直系血親、直系姻親或共同生活之家屬(簡稱家庭照顧者)支持服務。

Provides support services to individuals who actually reside in this county, hold a valid disability certificate, and are not placed in social welfare institutions or psychiatric rehabilitation institutions, as well as the primary family caregivers within the families of these individuals, including spouses, direct blood relatives, direct in-laws, or cohabiting family members (hereinafter referred to as family caregivers).
