Arabidopsis thaliana cultivar:Landsberg erecta Transcriptome or Gene expression

AINTEGUMENTA (ANT) and AINTEGUMENTA-LIKE6 (AIL6), two related transcription factors in Arabidopsis thaliana, have partially overlapping roles in several aspects of flower development including floral organ initiation, identity specification, growth and patterning. To better understand the biological processes regulated by these two transcription factors, we performed RNA-Seq on ant ail6 double mutants. This study includes 4 biological replicates of the ant ail6 double mutant and 4 biological replicates of the wild type in the corresponding background, Landsberg erecta.
