深圳恒天吉建筑港平台光明区工人疲劳度分析数据

该数据集为深圳市恒天吉科技有限公司建筑港平台在已有协议获取的光明区建筑项目基础数据中进行数据清洗，通过加工唯一识别id编号关联信息，剔除个人敏感数据、项目信息等，根据工人考勤时间，计算一天的宏观工作总时长，然后根据工作总时长与劳动法规定的一天正常工作时长进行比对，进行疲劳度的划分。这一数据集合应用能够解决的问题是：帮助企业识别高强度工作人员，启动预警机制，调整项目人员分配以及实施策略，预防疲劳导致的安全事故和项目进展效率的降低。

This dataset is curated from the basic data of construction projects in Guangming District obtained by the Jianzhugang Platform of Shenzhen Hengtianji Technology Co., Ltd. under existing agreements. The preprocessing steps include: first, standardizing the associated information via unique identification IDs; second, removing personal sensitive data, project-related information and other non-target datasets; third, calculating the total daily macroscopic working hours based on workers' attendance records; finally, classifying worker fatigue levels by comparing the calculated total working hours with the standard daily working hours stipulated by labor laws. The application of this dataset can solve the following problems: helping enterprises identify workers with excessive working intensity, activate early warning mechanisms, adjust project personnel allocation and implementation strategies, so as to prevent safety accidents caused by fatigue and the decline of project progress efficiency.
