Stable isotope ratios (isotopocule ratios) of atmospheric N2O observed at Churchill from 2011 to 2023

Nitrogen isotope ratio (d15N, air N2 scale), oxygen isotope ratio (d18O, VSMOW scale), and intramolecular distribution of nitrogen isotope (SP, =d15Na-d15Nb, where a and b respectively designate central and end N in N2O molecule) are presented.
Air samples were collected at 60-m high tower into 2-L glass flasks at a pressure of 0.21 MPa. Approx. 1.4-L (STP) aliquot of each sample was sub-sampled into a 1-L glass flask. The subsample was analized on a gas chromatograph-isotope ratio mass spectrometer (GC-IRMS) equipped with a home-made sample preparation system.

本数据集包含氮同位素比值（δ¹⁵N，以大气N₂为标度）、氧同位素比值（δ¹⁸O，以维也纳标准平均海洋水（Vienna Standard Mean Ocean Water, VSMOW）为标度），以及氮同位素分子内分布特征（SP = δ¹⁵Nₐ - δ¹⁵N_b，其中a、b分别指代N₂O分子中的中心氮原子与末端氮原子）。
空气样品采集于60米高的塔台，装入2升玻璃烧瓶中，采样压力为0.21兆帕（MPa）。每份样品取约1.4标准升（Standard Temperature and Pressure, STP）的等分试样，分取至1升玻璃烧瓶中作为子样品。随后，采用搭载自制样品前处理系统的气相色谱-同位素比率质谱仪（Gas Chromatograph-Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer, GC-IRMS）对子样品开展分析。
