Bdellovibrio Continuous Tilting

Raw data. Gain-normalization and defects correction have not been applied. For each dataset, 2 separate tilt-series were collected bidirectionally using the continuous-tilting method: first:0 to -60 degrees, then: 0 to 60 degrees. The two stacks were then combined using IMOD's Newstack command.

原始数据。尚未进行增益归一化与缺陷校正处理。对于每份数据集，采用连续倾斜法双向采集2组独立的倾斜序列（tilt-series）：第一组采集范围为0°至-60°，第二组为0°至60°。随后使用IMOD软件的Newstack命令将这两组图像栈进行合并。
