本数据集以多种肿瘤微环境调控策略为主线,实现了肿瘤生长抑制,达到肿瘤治疗的效果。基于腺苷代谢调节阻断腺苷介导的免疫抑制,设计一种响应性磷基复合框架化合物来减少腺苷的积累,进而缓解腺苷介导的肿瘤微环境免疫抑制反应,实现乏氧肿瘤微环境的调控。材料结构表征数据由表征仪器产生,测试数据由实验室设备产生,数据依据相应仪器的操作流程和规范的出,数据处理参照一般处理方法。数据量为231.3 MB。
This dataset takes multiple tumor microenvironment (TME) regulation strategies as its main thread, achieving tumor growth inhibition and delivering antitumor therapeutic effects. Based on regulating adenosine metabolism to block adenosine-mediated immunosuppression, a responsive phosphorus-based composite framework compound was designed to reduce adenosine accumulation, thereby alleviating adenosine-mediated immunosuppressive responses in the tumor microenvironment and realizing the regulation of hypoxic tumor microenvironments. Material structure characterization data was generated by dedicated characterization instruments, while test data was produced using laboratory equipment. All data were generated in accordance with the operating procedures and standardized protocols of the corresponding instruments, and data processing was conducted with reference to general standard methods. The total data volume is 231.3 MB.
