Assessment of CD45 expression using antibodies recognizing all CD45 isoforms, CD45RA or CD45RO, in ex vivo or previously-activated wild-type and PAG knock-out CD4+ T cells.
Conclusion:
No significant differences in levels of expression of CD45 between wild-type and PAG knock-out CD4+ T cells under all the experimental conditions
