dbMCS is a comprehensive literature-based database of mutation markers that indicate drug sensitivity or resistance. At present, the dbMCS contains 3136 unique entries recording mutation-disease-drug relationships with sensitivity and 1275 unique entries with resistance, involving in 185 cancer types or subtypes, and 463 kinds of anti-cancer drugs.

dbMCS是一款基于文献构建的综合性突变标志物（mutation markers）数据库，其收录的标志物可用于指示药物敏感性或耐药性。目前，dbMCS共包含3136条记录突变-疾病-药物敏感性关联的唯一条目，以及1275条记录突变-疾病-药物耐药性关联的唯一条目，涵盖185种癌症类型或亚型，以及463种抗肿瘤药物。
