获取国证指数公司发布的指数的成分构成情况，包括指数内部编码、成分券内部编码、纳入日期、剔除日期等。指数成分是以返回参数中的[intoDate,outDate)组成生效日期区间，输入参数intoDate只是名称一样，实际是用输入的intoDate与日期区间比较，获取某一天的成分列表。
