Supporting data for "The Ocular Surface Microbiome in Patients Following Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation"

The dataset comprises microbial profiles that were obtained from conjunctival swabs of 17 hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients, collected before the transplant, and 6 and 12 months after the transplant. The data includes details on alpha and beta diversity, as well as differential abundance analysis of bacterial composition. This dataset provides valuable insights into the ocular surface microbiome in HSCT patients and its possible correlation with ocular Graft-versus-host-disease (oGVHD), and is the first time series of ocular surface microbiome investigation in HSCT patients in Hong Kong.

本数据集涵盖17名造血干细胞移植（hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, HSCT）受者的结膜拭子微生物组谱，样本采集时点分别为移植前、移植后6个月及12个月。数据包含α多样性与β多样性的相关分析细节，以及细菌群落组成的差异丰度分析内容。本数据集可为探究造血干细胞移植患者的眼表微生物组及其与眼部移植物抗宿主病（ocular Graft-versus-host-disease, oGVHD）的潜在关联提供重要参考，同时也是香港地区首项针对造血干细胞移植患者眼表微生物组的时间序列研究数据集。
