The data provided here belong to our 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) project. These data include OTU tables for bacterial/archaeal and fungal communities;plant biomass; soil nitrogen and carbon cycling gene abundances; soil enzymatic activity; soil metabolic activity (Microresp<sup>TM</sup>-CLPP) and results for Structural equation modelling (SEM) anaslysis. The 48 fastq files are our ITS sequencing results, and a metadata file for the sequencing analysis are also provided here.
本数据集隶属于我们的1-氨基环丙烷-1-羧酸(1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate,ACC)研究项目。本次提供的数据涵盖细菌/古菌与真菌群落的操作分类单元(Operational Taxonomic Unit,OTU)表、植物生物量数据、土壤氮碳循环基因丰度数据、土壤酶活性数据、土壤代谢活性(Microresp<sup>TM</sup>-CLPP)数据,以及结构方程模型(Structural Equation Modelling,SEM)分析结果。此外还包含48个fastq格式的内转录间隔区(Internal Transcribed Spacer,ITS)测序文件,同时提供了一份用于该测序分析的元数据文件。
