林木枝葉生產森林精油之研究(3/3), Production of Forest-based Essential Oils from Foliar Matters of Trees

"本年度建立3個造林樹種的枝葉精油資料庫並配合精油官能評比及情緒量表檢測，希望精油化學成分分析、官能評比及情緒量表檢測，可做為精油消費使用上的依據，利用林木枝葉生產精油有助於精油工業的產值與市場，並提高林農造林的意願。In the second year, 3 plantation tree species will be sampled and databased. These will be evaluated on their functionalities and emotionarousing scale. We hope to establish the links between oil compositions and functionality and emotional scaling to provide basis for essential oil consumptions. In turn, the value and market thus created will foster a greater willingness of forester to reforest.

本年度将构建3种造林树种的枝叶精油数据库，并配套开展精油感官评价与情绪量表检测。本研究期望通过精油化学成分分析、感官评价及情绪量表检测结果，为精油消费应用提供科学依据。利用林木枝叶提取精油，有助于提升精油工业的产值与市场规模，同时提高林农参与造林的积极性。次年将对3种造林树种进行采样并建立相关数据库，对其功能特性与情绪唤起效应开展评价。本研究旨在明确精油化学成分与功能特性、情绪量表检测结果之间的关联，为精油消费应用提供理论支撑。由此形成的产业产值与市场空间，将进一步激发林农开展造林活动的意愿。
