1、数据采集:采集公司校服产品一个年度在该地区的销售数据,采集期间为分析时间所处月份的前12个月,例如若分析时间为2025年10月11日,分析时间所处月份为2025年10月,则采集期间为2024年10月1日至2025年9月30日,每个月依次用x1、x2...x12表示,并汇总计算得到总销售额x; 2:计算平均销售额x̅(万元),x̅=(x1+x2+x3...+x12)/12; 3:根据公式计算销售额方差s2,s2={(x1-x̅)^2+(x2-x̅)^2+(x3-x̅)^2+…+(x12-x̅)^2}/12,; 4:依靠市场经验将方差进行分级评价,当方差s2小于等于1时,评价为超平稳型。当方差s2大于1并且小于等于4时,评价该为平稳型。当方差s2大于4时,评价该为波动型。对于超平稳型,可每月保持童装校服类产品的生产和供货数量;对于平稳型,需按固定周期关注该地区的销售情况,适当调整童装校服类产品的生产和供货数量;而对于波动型,需每月关注该地区销售情况,了解该其销售情况变化,以适应大幅度调整经营策略。
By collecting sales orders of children's school uniform products and calculating the variance, this dataset is used to evaluate the sales performance of children's school uniform products in the target region. It is applied to assess the production and sales strategies of sales entities: manufacturing and supply enterprises can use this data algorithm to grasp the local sales status of children's school uniforms, track market trends, coordinate production and operation, reduce losses caused by market fluctuations, assist in forecasting market trends, provide data support for the local development of children's school uniform sales, continuously optimize benefits, and balance production and sales volumes.
1. Data Collection: Collect the annual sales data of the company's school uniform products in the target region. The collection period is the 12 months prior to the month of the analysis time. For example, if the analysis time is October 11, 2025, the month of the analysis time is October 2025, so the collection period is from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. Each month's sales data is denoted as x₁, x₂, ..., x₁₂ in sequence, and the total sales x is obtained through summary calculation.
2. Average Sales Calculation: Calculate the average sales x̄ (in ten thousand yuan), where x̄ = (x₁ + x₂ + x₃ + ... + x₁₂) / 12;
3. Sales Variance Calculation: Calculate the sales variance s² using the formula: s² = {(x₁ - x̄)² + (x₂ - x̄)² + (x₃ - x̄)² + … + (x₁₂ - x̄)²} / 12;
