Excel file summarizing the functional annotation of predicted protein-coding genes in M. enterolobii.We used PfamScan on the whole set of M. enterolobii proteins against the Pfam-A v32 library of HMM profiles to identify conserved protein domains. We used the Pfam annotation as well as the set of predicted proteins as an input to BLAST2GO pro v.1.12.11 to assign standard and ‘slim’ gene ontology terms according to the presence of Pfam domains, to BLASTp homology searches against the NCBI’s nr database and to Interproscan annotation performed internally in BLAST2GO.
本数据集为一份汇总了象耳豆根结线虫(Meloidogyne enterolobii,M. enterolobii)预测蛋白编码基因功能注释信息的Excel文件。我们针对该线虫的全部蛋白集合,基于隐马尔可夫模型(Hidden Markov Model, HMM)谱的Pfam-A v32数据库,使用PfamScan工具识别保守蛋白质结构域。我们以Pfam注释结果及预测蛋白集合作为输入,调用BLAST2GO pro v.1.12.11工具,依据Pfam结构域的存在情况为基因分配标准及“精简版”基因本体(Gene Ontology, GO)术语;同时针对美国国家生物技术信息中心(National Center for Biotechnology Information, NCBI)的非冗余(non-redundant, nr)数据库开展BLASTp同源序列比对,并通过BLAST2GO内部执行的InterProScan注释完成相关分析。
