PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a used paper regenerative apparatus capable of giving colors different in regions of sheets in accordance with user requests. SOLUTION: The used paper regenerative apparatus includes a liquid discharge device for accommodation of a first liquid and a second liquid different from the first liquid; a reception unit which receives a selection operation for selecting which of the first liquid and the second liquid is deposited on a predetermined region of a sheet including fibers formed from used papers; a control unit for controlling the liquid discharge device to deposit the liquid selected by the selection operation in the predetermined region， wherein the first liquid includes a binder for binding a plurality of fibers and the second liquid includes a binder for binding a plurality of fibers and a pigment.
