Scrofulous disease of the testes and vesiculae seminales

Watercolour medical illustration depicting scrofulous disease (tuberculosis, lymph node) of the testes and vesiculae seminales. It has the alternative reference numbers 1667, 215 and P5 on the front. The Richmond Hospital Museum reference is A.a.24. The entry for this in P263/1 pg. 3 reads 'Scrofulous disease of testes, vas deferens & vesicula seminalis. J.s McMahon aet 30'. The handwritten note on the back looks like it has been partially cut so some words are lost. What is there reads 'D.a.23 Ca.1.20 Aa.2.55.56 James McMahon. Atet 30. April 25, 1840. Complained of chest symptoms and died [?] … apparently chronic abscess … pectoral muscle, it was … p.m to contained [?] matter the [?] of which had absorbed 1st [?] & [?[ inguinal [?] was firmly adherent to it, but had not [?] its substance, tubercles in the lungs, military tubercles in liver … scrofulous glands through [?] … bronchial glands enlarged one large one had [?] with the trachea but caused no symptoms during life … spermatic chord on each side [?] hard liken to a goose quill. Prostate gland & vesiculae seminales filled with tuberculosis matter, which could be [?] with ... the urethra [?] latter ulcerated at the [?]... the other, one testis attacked [?] and enlarged, soft and degenerated and containing extensive deposit of scrofulous matter'.
