Dataset used in publication "A user-friendly method to get automated pollen analysis from environmental samples". New Phytologist. This repository contains images from annual pollen trap samples mounted on slides and scanned under light microscopy; image annotation metadata; and the weights of the trained models from the YOLOv5 algorithm, saved after the last training epoch.
