RNAseq of lymphoblastoid cell lines (LCLs) from patients affected by Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome (AGS)

Aicardi-Goutieres syndrome (AGS) is a systemic inflammatory disorder with onset in early infancy that clinically resembles a congenital viral infection.Here we have generated RNAseq data from LCLs of AGS patients and healthy controls to investigate the role of RNA editing.
