http://grapevine-downy-mildew-genome.com/ is a web portal that provides public access to the reference genome of grapvine downy mildew (Plasmopara viticola, INRAE-PV221 strain). The reference genome is accessible through a dedicated genome browser. Related research are also available for download. The web portal hosts all the genomic data produced by the team of François Delmotte at INRAE Bordeaux / ISVV / University of Bordeaux, France. It is developed and maintained by Carole Couture (carole.couture[at]inrae.fr).
