The Photovoltaic Dataset of China from 2013 to 2023 for ten years is a comprehensive and high-quality resource. It encompasses the photovoltaic boundary datasets within the territorial scope of China over the decade-long period.<br>To produce this dataset, an advanced approach was employed. Firstly, machine learning techniques were utilized in conjunction with Landsat - 8 images with a resolution of 30m. These images underwent morphological restoration to enhance their quality.
