This dataset contains trophic interactions collected from the literature for New Zealand freshwater communities. Each row contains a single trophic interaction between a resource and consumer, along with their taxonomic data. Columns with a "res." prefix refer to the taxonomic information for resources. Columns with a "con." prefix refer to consumers. References for each trophic interaction can be found in the "source.id" column.
