In this project the direct cross-linking of the bacteria cells into a 3D-structured macroporous, highly permeable system has been developed and used for selective and efficient purification of contaminated water from aromatic chloro derivatives (chlorophenols etc.). Advantages of the novel system are: one step immobilisation, high density of immobilised cells; no diffusion restriction of contaminant to the cells and possibility to exploit the system as a flow through bioreactor.

本项目开发了将细菌细胞直接交联形成三维结构大孔高渗透性体系的技术,并将其用于选择性高效净化含芳香族氯代衍生物(如氯酚等)的污染水体。该新型体系的优势如下:可实现一步固定化(immobilisation),固定化细胞密度高;污染物向细胞扩散无阻碍,且可将该体系用作流通式生物反应器(flow-through bioreactor)。
