A genome-wide association study of GLP-1 stimulated insulin secretion in individuals from the Netherland twin register (NTR). For information on the study cohort, phenotype, genotyping, quality control and association analysis see/cite Gudmundsdottir et al., Plos One, 2017.
The file NTR_GLP1_ISI_model.txt contains summary statistics for the GWAS for GLP-1 stimulated insulin secretion in the NTR cohort (n = 126), adjusted for age, gender, glucose tolerance status, insulin sensitivity index, and familiarity.
