INTERPOL Diffusions: Limits of Procedural Oversight

This ARGA Observatory report examines INTERPOL diffusions and the limits of procedural oversight surrounding their circulation and use. It considers the safeguards available to affected individuals, the relationship between INTERPOL’s rules and national enforcement measures, and the practical challenges of identifying and challenging data circulated through this channel.
