A Reference Weed Flora of the 30 tropical weed studies datasets

Reference list of weed species used in the 30 datasets of the Tropical Weed Studies Dataverse. This list currently contains 1788 taxa. All species are listed with their EPPO code (used in the floristic data files of the datasets), Scientific name, Family name, and the most used scientific synonym names. EPPO codes are from EPPO GD (https://gd.eppo.int/) or new when not present in EPPO GD an under validation. Scientific names are updated according to Plant of World Online (http://www.plantsoftheworldonline.org/) and Catalogue of Life 2020-02-24 check list (https://www.catalogueoflife.org/col/).

本名录为热带杂草研究数据库（Tropical Weed Studies Dataverse）下辖30个数据集所使用的杂草物种参考列表，当前共收录1788个分类单元。所有物种均标注有EPPO编码（EPPO code，用于数据集的区系数据文件）、学名、科名及最常用的科学异名。其中EPPO编码源自EPPO GD（https://gd.eppo.int/）；若某物种未在EPPO GD中收录对应编码，则采用待验证的新编码。学名已依据《世界在线植物》（http://www.plantsoftheworldonline.org/）及2020年2月24日发布的《全球生物物种名录》（https://www.catalogueoflife.org/col/）完成更新。
