規定與主管機關

每一項輸出、入貨品，均有其對應之主管機關及輸出、入規定代號，各主管機關依其權責及業務管理需求，以規定代號內容規範輸出、入貨品。相關規定代號可分為管制或檢附同意(證明)文件、應施檢疫或檢驗等，以供政府機關、工商團體、出進口廠商（含一般民眾）及報關業者明瞭進出口貨品之相關管理規範。本資料集包括「主管機關」及其對應之「輸入規定代號（3位碼）」、「輸出規定代號（3位碼）」等欄位。

Every import and export commodity has a corresponding competent authority and import/export regulation codes. Competent authorities, in accordance with their authorities, responsibilities and business management requirements, regulate import and export commodities based on the content of these regulation codes. Relevant regulation codes can be categorized into types such as those requiring control or accompanying consent (certification) documents, and those requiring mandatory quarantine or inspection, etc. These codes are designed to enable government agencies, industrial and commercial associations, import and export enterprises (including general members of the public) and customs brokers to clearly understand the relevant management regulations for import and export commodities. This dataset includes fields such as "competent authority", its corresponding "import regulation code (3-digit code)" and "export regulation code (3-digit code)".
