Data for: Accurate T cell Receptor Antigen Pairing through data-driven filtering of sequencing information from single-cells

The different data sets analyzed and generated in this study. These data includes the raw data file (raw.csv), the data filtered by the optimized UMI count hresholds (opt_thr.csv), the data filtered by the UMI thresholds and HLA matching (hla_match.csv), and final filtered data including only GEMs with complete TCR annotation.本研究中分析与生成的各类数据集，具体包括：原始数据文件（raw.csv）、经优化的唯一分子标识符（Unique Molecular Identifier，UMI）计数阈值过滤后的数据（opt_thr.csv）、同时通过UMI阈值与人白细胞抗原（Human Leukocyte Antigen，HLA）匹配过滤后的数据（hla_match.csv），以及仅保留带有完整T细胞受体（T-cell receptor，TCR）注释的基因表达矩阵（Gene Expression Matrix，GEM）的最终过滤数据集。
