Ecoli_Cojugation

These are donor E coli cells (ANB35) and recipient Ecoli cells (ANB24). These are the same . cells described in the Science paper (Direct visualization of horizontal gene transfer). The . cells were mixed on the grid and then plunge frozen and imaged with cryo-ET without CLEM. . Targets were imaged with cryo-ET randomly.

本数据集包含供体大肠杆菌（E. coli）菌株ANB35与受体大肠杆菌菌株ANB24两种样品。上述菌株与发表于《科学》（Science）期刊、题为《水平基因转移的直接可视化》的论文中所描述的细胞完全一致。将待测细胞混合于冷冻电镜载网后，经快速冷冻处理，未采用关联光镜与电子显微镜技术（Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy，简称CLEM），直接通过冷冻电子断层扫描（cryo-electron tomography，简称cryo-ET）完成成像。所有靶标样品均以随机方式通过冷冻电子断层扫描进行成像。
