对本数据集中有限元仿真模型来源于复杂刀具“形-性-用”一体化设计平台,为了得到不同参数的刀具模型在不同加工参数下切削的性能,需要建立不同加工参数下的有限元仿真模型,采用Python语言对ABAQUS进行二次开发,ABAQUS所选用的版本为2017。通过ABAQUS快速建立不同加工参数的有限元模型,生成不同切削参数的cae仿真模型。

The finite element simulation models in this dataset are derived from the integrated "geometry-performance-application" design platform for complex cutting tools. To obtain the cutting performance of tool models with different parameters under various machining conditions, finite element simulation models corresponding to distinct machining parameters must be established. Secondary development of ABAQUS (version 2017) was performed using the Python programming language. Rapid construction of finite element models with different machining parameters and generation of CAE simulation models with varying cutting parameters were implemented via ABAQUS.
