Phalloidin Staining of RFP-Lenti MDA-MB-231 GFP-actin Cells Exposed to Heat Shock

RFP-Lenti MDA-MB-231 GFP-actin cells were kept at 37C (ctrl) or exposed to heat shock at 45C (hs) for 60 minutes prior to fixation and staining with phalloidin and hoescht.

将红色荧光蛋白（RFP）慢病毒载体转染的MDA-MB-231 GFP-肌动蛋白细胞分为两组：对照组置于37℃条件下培养，热激组先于45℃接受60分钟热激处理；所有细胞均在完成上述预处理后进行固定，并分别采用鬼笔环肽（phalloidin）与Hoechst染料进行染色。
